Refund policy

At Tea Summit Club, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

The product must be in its original new/unworn condition with tags attached, and receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions for sending your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Additional shipping costs may apply for international returns.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or unpaid customs duties, the cost of the items will be refunded once the package has been received back by Tea Summit Club. Original shipping costs and any additional fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

To ensure all customers receive products in excellent condition, items that show signs of wear, washing, strong odors, stains, or damage cannot be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
