Shipping policy

Canada

 

For orders shipped within Canada, a flat-rate shipping fee of $13 CAD will be applied at checkout.

 

United States

 

Shipping, duties, and import taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

International Orders

 

For all other international orders outside of Canada and the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout.

These fees are determined by the destination country and carrier and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Tea Summit Club does not control or collect these charges.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its delivery progress.

If your package arrives damaged or your order contains a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Please note that Tea Summit Club cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
